• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic manufacturing team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead and motivate a team of production workers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and resolve operational challenges.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to achieve production targets.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, coordinating maintenance activities as needed.
• Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Other Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a Plastic manufacturing industry role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
